Angie did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond getting a part from Dallas so I could make a trip to Nashville the next day with no delay. I just wanted you to know I did come in for my appointment. I was there a little early and we discussed the problem I was coming in for and realized I didn't need any service on my car. A piece of plastic was dragging underneath the car causing the noise I was hearing. I can't say enough good things about my service adviser, Jack. He is wonderful and always so helpful. I have told people, my decision on buying a vehicle has to do with the way I'm treated at the service department and BMW service advisers are the best!!! I am writing to express my appreciation in the recent service I received from the members of your service department. I sent my car to you on December 20th, 2017 and unfortunately for me I had to have major work done. The process was lengthy and frustrating. However, throughout the entire process my service advisor, Antywon Hampton, was respectful, patient and considerate. He gave me explanations when I asked and keep me advised at every turn. When I called, emailed, or text him he always answered, even on his day off. The month of March I purchased a brand new Silver 2016 328i. Today, I had the pleasure of learning so many amazing tips and tricks from Phil Seaman. I didn't expect to learn much more since I had previously owned a Pearl 2014 228i, boy was I in for an amazing surprise.
