Today, BMW North America announced the winners of its best BMW dealership awards. The BMW Center of Excellence award is given to elite BMW dealerships that demonstrate excellence in customer satisfaction and performance.
BMW of Little Rock was one of the 40 dealerships out of the over 366 BMW dealerships in the United States. The Center of Excellence Award recognizes the top-performing BMW dealerships in the United States and covers a variety of key performance indicators, including sales, customer experience, operations, service, and parts.
Our BMW dealership takes great pride in receiving this award and looks forward to serving our customers with superior service in the future.
