Preparing for Your Vehicle Return

Around 120 days before your agreement comes to an end, you should get a pre-inspection scheduled for your leased i4 or Z4. This gives you the opportunity to get an expert opinion on the excess wear charges you may be subject to. Such fees may be added to your account for damage such as exterior scratches larger than two inches in size, or even aftermarket parts and accessories that you failed to remove. Tires should also have enough tread left. If it is below 4/32 of an inch from frequent trips to Lake Sequoyah Park, you will have to replace them with equipment that meets original specifications. Whether you need extensive reconditioning done or simply need some basic maintenance taken care of, our Service Department can help! If you go to an independent shop, be aware that repairs may be rejected for failing to meet manufacturer standards.

Dealt with Frank, salesman, and Joseph, Finance coordinator. Met with Frank 3 times on Saturday as we were browsing which turned into acquiring a new vehicle. First was general introduction as he was coming to work, then when the 2025 Audi with 8100 miles caught my wife’s attention and on the second visit she test drove. We had left and came back after visiting several other dealerships to do the test drive all before noon. We actually visited the Audi dealership after the test drive but they did not have that similar car on the lot. . Our 3rd engagement was when we decided to buy and contacted over the phone and sharing necessary paperwork to complete transaction. Very professional, still not sure there was another interested party, but I knew my wife had made a decision. Car was being prepped as we were returning for the 3rd time. Then met Joseph to finalize with dealership, other than pushing the extended warranty several times very good positive engagement. Bit shocked on the fuel up of vehicle charge, and the courtesy detail of car before she left was excellent. Though we did not buy a BMW, we were overall very pleased with the professionalism of both gentlemen.
