Angie did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond getting a part from Dallas so I could make a trip to Nashville the next day with no delay. She pulled it off, along with the mechanics, and had my vehicle ready before 9:00 a.m.! Kudos to all who made it happen! Angie also provided a loaner X1 which made things so much easier!
We cannot thank you enough for the great service your BMW dealership has provided. Antywon Hampton goes above and beyond to accommodate to our special needs. We live almost 3 hours away from Little Rock in Crossett, Arkansas. We have been bringing our 335i convertible to Antywon for years. Antywon is like a friend because he is always there for us. He returns phone calls quickly, helps us schedule appointments that work with our schedule, keeps us informed during service, and always has a smile of his face. When we are ready to trade up, Antywon will be one of the first to know because he has been so instrumental in our relationship with BMW. I hope BMW will recognize and value his contribution.
I just wanted you to know I did come in for my appointment. I was there a little early and we discussed the problem I was coming in for and realized I didn't need any service on my car. A piece of plastic was dragging underneath the car causing the noise I was hearing. I can't say enough good things about my service adviser, Jack. He is wonderful and always so helpful. I have told people, my decision on buying a vehicle has to do with the way I'm treated at the service department and BMW service advisers are the best!!! I'm always greeted by a service adviser when I come in asking how they can help! -
I am writing to express my appreciation in the recent service I received from the members of your service department. I sent my car to you on December 20th, 2017 and unfortunately for me I had to have major work done. The process was lengthy and frustrating. However, throughout the entire process my service advisor, Antywon Hampton, was respectful, patient and considerate. He gave me explanations when I asked and keep me advised at every turn. When I called, emailed, or text him he always answered, even on his day off. I picked my vehicle and of course it is working perfectly and probably because the mechanics are as professional and considerate as Mr. Hampton. I can't express enough appreciation for the excellent service you & your team gave me. I work in the service industry as well and I know sometimes your efforts are taking for granted. So, the less I can do is to take the time to acknowledge, Mr. Hampton and Barry (mechanic) for their exceptional efforts. Thank you!
Let me be perfectly honest with you, as much as my wife & I love BMWs , Little Rock BMW's service people & overall customer service were instrumental factors in winning our loyalty as clients. I would like to specifically mention Antwon & Dillon [both are service advisors], Terrance [salesman] & Ron [drives the shuttle service]. These four gentlemen could conduct a class on how to take superb care of clients.
The month of March I purchased a brand new Silver 2016 328i. Today, I had the pleasure of learning so many amazing tips and tricks from Phil Seaman. I didn't expect to learn much more since I had previously owned a Pearl 2014 228i, boy was I in for an amazing surprise. In my profession, I train employees all day every and interact with several leaders at my company. Phil has a passion for what he does and I enjoyed the time Phil took to teach me more about the car I was already liking A LOT! By the end of my training session I thought "Wow, this was amazing!" Phil's ability to dive into all the different features, make me feel comfortable asking any and all questions and had me so excited about my car that I made a few personalization's right after our training session. Phil is truly an asset to the BMW family and I'm incredibly thankful to have been shown all that I was. Phil confirmed why I LOVE BMW as much as I do!
