Dealt with Frank, salesman, and Joseph, Finance coordinator. Met with Frank 3 times on Saturday as we were browsing which turned into acquiring a new vehicle. First was general introduction as he was coming to work, then when the 2025 Audi with 8100 miles caught my wife’s attention and on the second visit she test drove. We had left and came back after visiting several other dealerships to do the test drive all before noon. We actually visited the Audi dealership after the test drive but they did not have that similar car on the lot. . Our 3rd engagement was when we decided to buy and contacted over the phone and sharing necessary paperwork to complete transaction. Very professional, still not sure there was another interested party, but I knew my wife had made a decision. Car was being prepped as we were returning for the 3rd time. Then met Joseph to finalize with dealership, other than pushing the extended warranty several times very good positive engagement. Bit shocked on the fuel up of vehicle charge, and the courtesy detail of car before she left was excellent. Though we did not buy a BMW, we were overall very pleased with the professionalism of both gentlemen.
Everyone in the service department went above and beyond to help me out in an emergency. They made certain I was taken care of and my BMW was right. I won’t take my car anywhere else!!

Jarred is the BEST. I took my car in for a problem that I had 3 months ago. He checked it and said it was not leaking oil or any other fluid. It needed a brake services in another 1,000 miles. I had it checked in December and I was told that I didn’t need it because I didn’t have the mileage for brake services. Jared said it probably didn’t show it because the miles weren’t on the car. 49,000 miles is what I have. The brake light still hasn’t come on, but I got one done anyway. It’s a 1,000 miles away. Thought more service was needed since one of the guys said it was needed, but Dylan was able to see that it wasn’t time to do that maintenance yet. Saved me $700 bucks for now. I visited the parts department and bought a few bottles of fuel additives and a new BMW license plate and frame for my car. Then I made my way to the customer lounge area, grabbed a bottle of complimentary water and watched my car getting its service through the observatory window in the lounge area, it’s always pretty cool to see your vehicle up on the rack. I blew a tire on I40 in Little Rock traveling from Memphis to Fort Worth. BMW of Little Rock saved me. I limped into their service center and had my tire replaced in less than 3 hours. Thanks for the excellent BMW service!

I recently purchased a BMW X3 and my experience was excellent. The buying experience with Alec and Tarik went well and they adequately explained the deal I was offered and answered any questions I had. Alec worked hard to make sure my car was ready for pickup and went above and beyond in familiarizing me with the details of operating the car. I will definitely return here for servicing of the vehicle and perhaps the purchase of a future vehicle from this dealership.

Been going to BMW of Little Rock since we moved to Arkansas in 2005. The Service Department has been consistently excellent! Dylan Long, our service advisor, is "simply AWESOME!" He provides EXEMPLARY customer service. We feel so very fortunate to have met him. Taking our cars in for service is a positive experience for us because the dealership is comfortable and inviting. The coffee bar has a multitude of drinks and snacks and huge windows that look directly into the service department. The sales people are friendly and are not pushy nor hovering. Terrence Bronson is our salesperson. He is a pleasure to work with because he is responsive, polite, and is very knowledgeable. Tarik Boughamrani, Sales Manager, has been great at keeping us informed about the delivery of the newest models. Owen Ford, General Manager, is friendly and easy to talk to. Kudos to the people in the parts department! They are so welcoming and helpful. BMW of Little Rock is one of our favorite places. Who wouldn't be happy surrounded by BMWS?! yet it's their PEOPLE that make it an EXCEPTIONAL dealership - a worthy stage for the Ultimate Driving Machines

6-16-22 I had the Service Deptmartment check my 2006 BMW Z4 as it was leaking oil at the rear left tire area. Ryan, in the Service Dept. was professional and helpful as I waited for the diagnosis. He said it would be about 10 minutes so I waited. About 40 minutes later my husband arrived as we thought we'd need to leave the Z4. The diagnosis finally came and a quote given for BMW parts and after-market parts. We have our own mechanic who quoted substantially less so we chose to use ours. It would have been appreciated if Ryan had said it would take 30 minutes for the diagnosis. I have to say that the video was really impressive and clearly showed the leakage; a very good visual for the customer. The Service Department has always given us excellent service (Jack especially) and made waiting convenient and comfortable - just really expensive.
I just moved here from out of state and didn't know anything about BMW of Little Rock. My wife's car needed a Xenon headlight. After checking my car in, an hour later I was informed that I was misquoted (too low) on the price. I brought up the matter with Brad, the service manager. That man has integrity. He made things more than right. Brad turned a disgruntled customer into a return customer. Thank you again Brad

I recently purchased a 2016 X3 at BMW of Little Rock in December 2015. I generally do not like the "car buying process," as in the past with other dealerships, I have felt uncomfortable and untrusting of the people with whom I was dealing. Not so at BMW of Little Rock. Everyone was very professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I felt I received a good deal, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail in providing me with the information I needed to complete the deal and feel confident that it was a good deal for me---none of the "game playing" or "fuzzy math" tactics so many other dealerships seem to engage in. Prior to making this purchase at BMW of Little Rock, I had had several years of experience with their service department, after having purchased my last BMW from another dealership. Thus, I am aware that the service department at BMW of Little Rock is also exceptional....knowledge of the service at BMW of Little Rock was a factor that further enhanced my most recent car purchase. I would recommend BMW of Little Rock.

I was trading in a vehicle with my purchase and was transparent with the offer received from an online dealer in hopes they would be able to match it. They found that the offer for my trade in should have been a little higher and gave me what they felt was the appropriate offer. This really showed how honest this team is.
